About the Library
The NCCL was created in 2011 in response to the closing of the public library branches. The Third Presbyterian Church saw a need for the library and provided the space and a grant to get it started. Although we are a separate entity, the Third Presbyterian Church has been a great supporter of the library with the continued donation of a safe space for children to learn and grow.
